"For the price, this no-frills hotel suited our needs. The bed was comfortable (firm), the bathroom is very large (includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion). The breakfast area seating is quite cozy, and offers microwaved eggs and sausage, 2 cereals, some bagels/english muffins/blueberry muffins/toast, and 1 waffle machine. The pool is fairly small. The fitness room has one treadmill, one elliptical, and one weightlifting machine. Washing machines and dryers are on each floor ($3.50 per machine per load) While it’s not fancy, it met our needs and we will stay here again when in the area. "

"Front desk person was sampling perfumes/colognes upon my arrival. Had me wait 10 minutes while she was finishing up. A line was forming behind me. Cops were there dealing with an issue. Children were unattended running around the lot. People were outside their rooms smoking weed. Our door kept getting stuck, couldn’t open. OUR ROOM SMELLED SO BAD OF CIGARETTES. IT WAS DISGUSTING! My son has asthma and had a hard time dealing with the smell! There were cigarette burns on sink, toilet and shower ledge. Had microwave and mini fridge…,had to move entire thing (microwave was attached permanently to fridge) over to teach the plug. Seriously a joke! Would never recommend or stay there ever again! We only spent the night to attend a concert at people bank arena. Bad idea. "

"Room was not equipped with trash bags for trash. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, there was an overwhelming musty, mold like smell like there had been a leak somewhere and the rugs were not properly cared for after. Our room thermostat was broken and unable to hold a steady temperature making it either extremely cold or extremely hot in the bedroom part of our suite. The refrigerator did not keep our drinks cold and the TVs did not function properly. "

"This look like it was a newer property, which is very nice, but we did have a issue. There were black bugs. Found one on the bed and the other in the bathroom, I’m assuming because the room on the first floor. "

"Extremely dirty! Smelled like cigarettes. The shower was awful. It had hair as if someone had shaved and it wasn't cleaned at all. The bath mat was black. The sheets were stained. Rugs stained. No tv connection. Couple next to us were arguing and slamming their door all night. Bad all the way around!!!! Would not recommend! "

"Our first room when we arrived had the door open and a large industrial fan going. I didn’t want to even know why. We immediately went downstairs and got a new room. Interesting, that fan was going all night and most of the next day. Another patron had ants and bed bugs. "
