The Bungalows at St Simons Park • Unit #636: Step into your sunlit coastal sanctuary, just a short 5–7 minute walk from Pier Village and the island's pristine beaches. Thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo blends breezy beach style with upscale finishes, nestled on a private, quiet street and sharing a sparkling community pool (Seasonal Pool Closure starting October 31st and will reopen in April) with three sister units. Upscale coastal décor, high-end furnishings, and playful wallpaper set the tone for a true island getaway.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Spring break groups and events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
Seasonal Pool Closure starting October 31st and will reopen in April
Pets are not permitted
Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) as well as pool/beach towels are provided
