Oceanview unit at The Beach Club

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 420 is comfortably furnished and offers a beautiful ocean view across the courtyard.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Great vacation spot

This property is very well kept with great amenities for anyone. Perfectly situated on the beach with east beach access. Great restaurants within walking distance of the unit. Very pleased with our stay.

Fabulous View

The best views of the beach!

The best views of the beach! This place was wonderful- the access to the pool, fitness center, and beach was so easy. The condo itself was large, clean, and had almost all the things you need to stay comfortably (I recommend bringing extra laundry detergent and dishwashing tablets).

Great Condo

My children and I really enjoyed this property. The location was ideal! We had a great pool and from the pool area we could walk out to the beach. The view from the condo was beautiful also. The condo was also very nice. Two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The open dining and living room were also very nice. There are restaurants a block or so away and the pier is a little more than a mile away. Plenty of stores and restaurants in that area. You can rent bikes from the office. We really enjoyed the condo and the location. There was a power outage. I don't know if that is normal or not. No storm or anything to cause it. I did call the emergency line at 2:00 AM. I spoke to a person and someone called me back. Great service!! It was a great trip, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but needs serious cleaning!!!!

The location is great. The pool is great. Communicating with the property management was difficult. No response to emails (and they suggested emailing them). There was a serious fruit fly infestation, we found mouse poop in the kitchen cabinet, and multiple dishes were full of food in the cabinet. Very unclean. Still waiting on property management to respond to us regarding the problems we experienced. Besides the complete lack of cleanliness, it was a good place to stay with a family of four with teenagers.

Worked well for our family

The property was in a great location, next to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our family to just walk out to the beach! The building and condo was a little worn in some areas, but overall was a good spot to stay!

Beautiful place

Great view and peaceful setting. The only negative thing I could say , is that the master bathroom shower needs repair. The shower faucet is very difficult to turn on and regulate temperature. It wasn’t really a problem but I just wanted you to know

Nice location and adequate room
