Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (16 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

The spacious guest house has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, a kitchen that opens to a roomy living area with a queen-sized pullout sofa. There's seating for four to dine al fresco on the porch leading off the living room.
