Welcome to Blue Heaven! This beautifully renovated 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom St. Simons Island vacation home is located at the doorstep to the much sought after wide soft sand beaches of East Beach. Guests of Blue Heaven will enjoy over 2500 sq ft of island living space with wrap around porches, private elevator, cozy wrap around porch, heated 15x30 salt water system pool (Pool can be heated upon request for $45/day), fenced in back yard with plenty of yard space and so much more!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.

Upon entering Blue Heaven, guests will feel the island time vibe with its coastal décor. The living room space is the perfect place for guests to gather and enjoy time together whether it be game night, watching the game or a movie on the 55" HD Smart TV. The adjacent wet bar with its very own ice maker is where guests can mix up their favorite beverages. Guests are sure to be WOWED by the fully stocked chef's kitchen with massive leathered granite counter top island and Thermador appliances including double ovens. The dining table has seating for up to 12 guests and the additional seating space has seating for 4 guests.

The primary suite is located on the main living level and it has everything a primary suite should have! The large bedroom space has a king bed, a 55" HD Smart TV and private access to the porch and stairs leading down to the pool for an early morning dip. Guests will enjoy the large primary bathroom with a double vanity, large two shower head shower, private water closet and a walk-in closet.

Upstairs, Blue Heaven has three spacious guest bedrooms and two guest bathrooms. The first guest bedroom is considered a second primary suite with a King Bed, a 55" HD Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two very spacious guest bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom with a shower. One guest bedroom has two Queen size beds while the other guest bedroom has a Queen size bed with a private balcony overlooking the pool area.

Guests will have full use of the elevator that services every level of the home. The elevator is perfect for guests who need assistance or just for shuttling luggage or groceries upstairs! The grill located on the porch is a grill master's delight for grilling your catch of the day!
