Situated in a lush and private setting with additional green space behind the property, this newer construction 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse lives like a single-family home with an incredible and thoughtfully designed floor plan. This fabulous home is also near to all the island's amenities, within minutes to the beach, pier, shops, restaurants, and various beach activities. Each room is tastefully decorated with plenty of room for guests. Master bedroom includes a KING sized bed and is very large. The master also features a large desk for those guests who need to bring work along with them. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed and a good size TV. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. There are 2 comfortable twin sized rollaways available in master bedroom closet to sleep a total of 8 guests comfortably. Sling TV is included.
All TVs are SMART TVs and have access to HULU and Netflix as well.
Enjoy the peacful outdoors by having a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, or dinner with the family at the patio table which transforms to a fire pit. The property backs up to lush landscaping and beautiful oak trees, which makes the patio area private and relaxing.

Cushions are kept in a beck box to ensure cushions stay dry and clean for your use.

There are 2 cameras on site, one in the garage & the other on the front door. We fully understand that privacy is a priority & that it is the law. Therefore, there are no cameras in the house. We also know that security and protection is also very important so we would like to provide that to you as well.

Saint Simons Island is spectacular with so much to see and do!!! Hop on the trolley or take a bike ride and discover and enjoy East Beach, the Village and Pier, the new Neptune Park Fun Zone, the Sea Island Shops, Fort Frederica, and much more!

Water Activities:
BEACH - choose from over 3 miles of beach to bike or lay out. Great family beaches. Popular activities are: Frisbee, Bocci Ball, Fishing, Kiting, WindSurfing, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, Katamarand, building sand castles.
POOLS - New pool open by the Lighthouse Memorial thru Labor Day. Resort style for all ages. Next to Beach, Putt-Putt, park, and full snack bar (approximately $7 a day).
JEKYLL ISLAND WATER PARK - A full scale water park for a full day's activity. Slides, wave pool, Lazy River, etc. Admission approx. $17.50.

Pier fishing and crabbing is a popular activity. A fishing license is available at the tackle shop next to the pier.

Golf - On the Island is the Hampton Plantatio Golf Course. Jekyll Island offers 3 courses. In Brunswick - Glynco Golf Course

Shrimp Boat Tour - Leaves from Spanky's twice a day. Takes guests out on a Shrimp Boat casts for your dinner, and cooks it low country boil style on the boat. Bring your own beverages.
Our Favorite Restaurants and Hangouts: Most restaurants are locally owned and operated Mom and Pop shops with great food. Our favorites:
Coffee - Palm Coast Coffee -free wifi , Frederica Cafe (blueberry pancakes),
Lunch - Barbara Jean's, Bubba Garcia, Knat's Landing (crab balls and sweet potato fries)
Dinner - Crab Daddy's (you could eat here every single night and it wouldn't be a mistake), Friday Night Seafood Buffet at King and Prince Beach Resort, Fancy Food - Delaney's or Halyards
