THE SPACE
This home is located just a short walk to the entrance of the Myrtle Street Beach Entrance. Crab Haven has been our family's second home for many years and we are happy to share it with you.

Parks 3 cars.
3rd bathroom: Outside in the back off the kitchen is a toilet and sink room. An outdoor shower with hot water and separate laundry room.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a single serve and a drip style coffee pot.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We had a great time! The location is a quick walk to the beach. The lay out of the house is perfect for having friends over & entertaining. The outdoor shower was awesome! We will definitely rent here again when we go back!!

Had 6 adults and 6 kids for Easter and it was perfect. Safe dead end street just a few minute walk to the beach! Plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back to Crab Haven,!

From check-in to communication with management during stay, the service was top-notch. Large, clean home that was absolutely perfect for a wedding weekend filled with activities, lots of coming and going. Big common areas. Updated kitchen and plenty of beds. Great location

Three family get-together. Big enough that we could spread out and enjoy time together and time alone with a good book;. Beach is close and nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Needs a can opener. Beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay. Highly recommend.

Overall it was just what we were looking for. Six adults (a group of 74 year old high school classmates) from out of state visiting me (I live on the island). IT was just what I was expecting. However, there was two person chair in the sunroom with broken supports - one of the guys say down on it and went right through (again, 74 years old - needs to be replaced). also the couch in the living room had a bunch of trash jammed down between the cushions (a cleaning issue). Otherwise - no complaints whatsoever - it was great.

This house was better than expected. Great parking, location (steps from beach and restaurants). We loved not having to get in our cars every time we wanted to go somewhere. It was great for the kids as there was plenty of room for them to play games. It is listed as a 2 bath but it actually has an additional closed off toilet and private shower outside under the roof line. The boys loved it. We plan to be back.
