"Our room was clean and quiet. The staff were super friendly, helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. I had a massage by Frances in spa and it was one of the best I have ever had. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Unfortunately the swimming pool & spa area are only open 8am-8pm; arrived late & had to leave early; which was disappointing; therefore, was unable to use these facilities as planned/expected. Parking was rather difficult; ramp very narrow & was not able to drive up the ramp, to more parking. The sink in the bathroom was very low; was this a handicap room, I wondered; it was not until I went into the bathroom that I was aware of this. Carla at the reception, when I checked in, was very attentive."

"The hotel is comfortable with a lovely pool, bbq area and gardens. Although it is at the top of a steep hill and a 25 minute walk to St. Helier centre, the buses are reliable and run nearby. The hotel’s shuttle bus runs guests down to town in the mornings - but space is limited. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast and evening dining are good."
