"My husband and I booked this pretty last minute. The host was incredible at getting us all of the info we needed right away. He was extremely kind, fascinating to communicate with and a million percent accommodating. There was a lovely tray full of breakfast items, small snacks and k-cups. The neighborhood feels like home in every way, is extremely quiet and close to any beach. Being able to wake up at 8 am and walk 10 steps to the pool is simply heaven. You will not regret this great property...

"We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete. And to top that all off, Lisa is a GREAT...

"This was a cute house in a nice location. The backyard is huge, which is great for dogs. Talking of which, they do charge you a pet deposit which is not disclosed before you book. The AC vent in the main bedroom is super loud and I was unable to sleep in there. I slept in another room and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. There was also no coffee, which was kinda ridiculous for the price. I booked the place for 4 nights and only ended up staying for two. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't that...
