We are adjacent to a beautiful waterfront park with a sand volleyball court and a block away from the Splash Harbor Waterpark. Your apartment is in the Indian Rocks Narrows- so called because the land is “narrow” between the Intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. This gives you the best of both worlds- an easy 2-minute walk to the beach and also the beauty of the intracostal right in your backyard! Enjoy sunrises to the east over the intracostal waterway and sunsets to the west over the beach! The location of your property is perfect- centrally located in town and a close walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. You have two complimentary parking spaces in front of the door, so you can leave your car parked for the entire stay if you want. Pick up breakfast sandwiches from a variety of shops nearby, then wander over and enjoy breakfast by the sea. For lunch and dinner there is a wide variety to choose from: localseafood,steak, burgers, wonderful pizza, Mexican, gourmet Italian, ice cream and homemade sweet shops... all within a few blocks. Take a walk to the local post office to send a postcard home, then visit the Indian Rocks History Museum across the street. Grab a seat on a sightseeing boat tours or fishing charter. Have a ball at Splash Harbour Water park right next door! Everything you'll want and need is within a short walk from your apartment. Hop on the trolley to explore the other gulf beaches nearby.
Getting around:
Included in your reservation are two free parking spaces right outside your door. Rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boards or jet skis nearby. There is a beach trolley for getting around the beaches. Drive a mile drive off the beach across the bridge to supermarkets and larger stores.
Close by:
We are convenient to Clearwater Beach, (home of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium) and only a 30 minute drive to St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Tropicana Field, the Dali Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Chihuly museum. We are a 45 minute drive to Tampa and Ybor City. Or, take a day trip to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World or Universal Studios, an hour and a half away.
