Long Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved our stay. The house is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed. We used the pool quite a bit and my daughter loved the theater. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with everything you need to feel at home.

The house is very clean. The pool and porch area is great. The location is minutes from the airport and a nice drive to the coast.

Very Nice Place

We all enjoyed our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit for everyone. The outdoor grill and kitchen were also very nice. Vivian the host was very prompt in responding to my questions and requests. All in all a great experience.

Wonderful Trip

We had a fabulous stay at Highpoint. It had all of the amenities we were looking for, including a great pool, which our daughters loved! The check-in and check out processes were smooth and it was easy to communicate with the host.

Very nice home

The home was beautiful and had a ton of amenities. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the third bedroom was actually a theater room with a sleeper sofa. We never could figure out how to turn the screen on either. But overall it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

Vivian's house is a great place well kept and a great location. We loved the house, pool and the theatre room. Vivian was very responsive to our calls and questions and was kind enough to extend our checkout time since our flight was late in the evening. We loved the stay and would come back again. Purvin

Quiet beach getaway

House is in a perfect spot to get away from the crowds at the beach! Great house with fun features (like the movie room and pool!) We very much enjoyed our time, and Vivian was a great host and took care of one minor issue we had quickly.

Awesome House

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and well kept. The backyard space is great. Huge covered patio and the kids loved the pool. The layout of the home is perfect for a traveling family, there are so many convenient and high quality details. The owners have done a great job with the place. We really enjoyed the home theatre in the evenings, it is top notch.

Close to a lot without being in the middle of the crowds

This location was great for easily visiting multiple places (Saint Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, etc), but we didn't have to be in the crowds. The pool was perfect for morning and evening swims before and after excursions. We enjoyed the TV room on the rainy day and in the evenings when we were tired. All of the upgrades spoiled us.

The rental property was beautiful, impeccable clean, provided more than adequate space for our family, appliances were top notch, and the neighborhood quiet and quaint. The outdoor grill was definitely a plus and we used it multiple times. My only complaint would be the lack of instructions for the movie theater (there were literally none) or the pool/hot tub (there was a remote in the kitchen; however, no instructions that this was the remote for the pool/hot tub). I would definitely return!!! Well worth the money!!

A lovely property

The villa is one of the best that we have found in 30 years of renting in this part of the world. We had a couple of problems that were quickly attended to by the property manager and we were comfortable there. Until the air conditioning failed, and, sadly, could not be quickly fixed which resulted in us having to leave and find alternative accommodation. We are an elderly couple with some mobility issues, but the villa was fine for us. Everything was neat and tidy and the home is well equipped. The location is very central for either the beaches or Tampa and there are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.
