Great condo

We have stayed in Las Brisas several times. This unit is beautiful. It’s nice to be on the top floor. Everything was clean. Look forward to coming again and enjoying the pool when it is ready

Great location

This was our first time visiting Madeira Beach and we could not have asked for a better place. Location was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The condo had all the comforts of home we needed. Very spacious unit. Could not beat the amazing sunset views. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful location, comfortable and well-equipped

Great location on the beach, easy for 5 adults to choose the beach, pool or walk across the street to numerous get restaurants and bars. Grocery stores nearby are extra convenient. Our group was diverse in age so having choices of activities was perfect. The condo is very well-equipped and we needed nothing! Quiet and comfortable.

Perfect location

The condo was in the perfect location on the beach.There was plenty of room for my family. There were beach chairs and sand toys.The host were extremely responsive when I asked if they had a pack and play and beach umbrella to which they left in the condo for us.The only suggestions I have were to add larger cooking pans and replace the vertical blinds in the living room and primary bedroom.A lot of the slats were missing so it was difficult to close them entirely. A big plus…the washer and dryer in the the unit.

Comfy

This was a great place. Communication was excellent and was a pleasure to talk with the staff. Beautiful view. Not much right near the condo to do. However, on a good note we didn't have to worry about lots of noise, except traffic. Thank you Charles and staff for a wonderful vacation condo. Hope to be back again.

Great property

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of towels for beach and bath, fully stocked kitchen for cooking/eating. There were lots of beach accessories (chairs/umbrellas) in a closet off the main suite. The balcony is huge and it would have been nice to have an additional small side table as when the 6 of us were out there, a little table to place our cups would have been nice. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again!

Very comfortable, great location

Open area, great beach view, all appliances worked well, air conditioning worked well. We felt the beds were comfortable. Some noise from Gulf Blvd. but didn’t keep us awake. Good restaurants nearby. The floors were not very clean, but cleaning service came right back to clean them. Overall great place.

Perfection!

We had the best time at our stay at Las Brisas. Charles had everything you could ever need. We were extremely pleased with all of his accommodations and the ease of the checkin and checkout process. If we ever had any questions he immediately responded. We have already agreed as a family we want to come back next year. The only thing that happened which was out of the hostess control was the elevator. It broke down but they had people working on it immediately. We loved the location and the privacy we had. I would say this was our best family vacation thus far. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Stay at Madeira Beach

Location is fabulous! Close to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. We had an issue with a little mouse running around when we arrived but management came immediately and was able to get rid mouse....he told us another unit had issue and thought maybe it worked its way to us. That was really the only issue . Would definitely stay there again...

Great Time

Pictures are exactly what you get. It was furnished nicely and had everything we needed. We had trouble with our code to get in and that was annoying. Someone came to give us a new code so it worked out ok. The beach and water were wonderful.

Great location!

We really enjoyed the condo itself, and it’s proximity to the ocean. The condo was very spacious and adequately supplied. The beach supplies were an added plus! I also love that the parking space is assigned! It makes parking so much easier. The only downside to this building, is the elevator! It is extremely slow. I also love the location of this building. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Condo was good but Madeira Beach is not what it used to be

The location was great. It was right on the beach. We had an amazing view of the Gulf. The property had some updates to the kitchen, bath, and laundry. Most of the concerns we had were not within the property owner's control. We had other guests who were loud at late hours and pot smoking on other balconies which made it difficult to enjoy the peaceful vacation we were hoping for.

Beachfront Paradise!

When we arrived at the property the entry code was not correct but was rectified within minutes by text and in no way had any impact on our impression of the unit or management. Mistakes happen!! The condo was clean and spacious and the view can’t be beat! Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and all of the appliances are up to date. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely consider it on our next trip to the Gulf Coast! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Condo, but Property needs updates

Overall a good experience. Great location and view. Well set up condo with everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of bath and beach towels. Floors were swept, but needed mopping -- pretty dirty. It was clearly stated there was only one parking space, but there was no nearby affordable parking which was a detriment. The outside of the property and pool need updating.

Decent spring break

Beach was great. Locations was good. A hot tub would be nice. Not enough was washcloths for baths or kitchen Pans were horrible to cook in ….ended up buying one to use while there. Elevator was very slow and took awhile to get back to floors. Make sure to bring your supply’s for the week or plan on shopping while there Only small dish soap and 2 laundry pods and 1 roll TP per bathroom Guess I was expecting more for the price I paid …. But it was spring break Our unit was nicer than the others our friends were staying in tho
