This unit definitely offers a welcoming first impression. The Surf Beach Resort two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium combines spaciousness with modern taste that sleeps up to 6 guests. Once inside- the unit presents a private balcony overlooking the beautiful waters of Gulf of Mexico, fully equipped kitchen, newly remodeled dining and living room with 42" LCD TV, and an in unit washer and dryer.

Simply leave all your worries behind and relax in our year round heated pool and Jacuzzi or enjoy a cook out at our on site bbq grills.

Offering all guests Free Parking space per unit and Free WI-FI. The pool and bath towels are supplied for guest convenience.

Great location, beds are comfortable, and you don't hear neighbors next door or above. Unfortunately there was a constant high pitch beeping sound from the pool pump which took 5 days to resolve, but other than that it was all good.

We had a great stay, would definitely rent again! It was right on the beach, and there was even a walking path behind the condo that was a pleasant surprise! Plenty of restaurants and even a Publix within walking distance.

Treasure Island Vacay

Anita was a wonderful Host. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were very helpful in recommending restaurants. The view of the Gulf was amazing from the balcony and the condo was super comfy and we had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Short few Days

We went for a few short days to get out of the cold weather. This was a nice place to stay right on the beach. It is also in walking distance to restaurants and stores. There were 5 of us that stayed. The condo was perfect for us for out short stay.

There is a metal support that stick out of the master bedroom bed that should be adjusted or removed as it briused ankle. Otheriwse very nice and great stay.

Worth it!

This condo and the property were both wonderful. It was in a great location where one could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and the local bus that runs up and down gulf boulevard. I would definitely stay here again. The only issues we had were that the floors were dirty and there was sand and crumbs in the sheets of both beds. We just changed the sheets and wore socks or sandals.

We enjoyed the condo and all it had to offer including a wonderful view. It was concerning the bottom of our feet were dirty from the floors, perhaps the patio floor is not mopped? When paying a good amount for cleaning fees, cleanliness of all areas is expected; I think this is something management can look into.
