This charming coastal retreat features 2 comfortable bedrooms (a king and two twins), 1 spacious bathroom with double sinks, a fun-filled game room with a pull-out double sofa bed and arcade games, and an open living and kitchen area ideal for gathering. Step outside to your private backyard oasis with artificial turf, a personal putting green, and a 4-person hot tub with plenty of seating. Thoughtfully stocked and fully equipped, this home has everything you need for a relaxing, unforgettable Gulfport stay.
The space
Welcome to your home away from home! Just bring you flipflops & enjoy!
The home features an open floor plan and plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. The outdoor space has a large back yard covered in artificial turf, has a private putting green and 4 person hot tube to enjoy. Plenty of space to relax and play.
The home is centrally located just 11 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 9.0 minutes from St. Pete Beach, just 39 minutes from Clearwater Beach and only 30 miles to downtown Tampa. The area offers many wonderful parks for biking, beaches and walking trails, playgrounds and sports courts.
The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The game room is also equipped with a Roku Smart TV
The master bedroom has a king bed and large closet space. The second bedrooms has two twin beds for additional guests and family. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a share bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion).
A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request.
The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Enjoy coffee your way (coffee pot, a Keurig, a French Press & a milk frother).
Guests will have access to the entire home including the outdoor space.
There are two bikes available for use and exploring the Gulfport area. Additionally Beach Chairs are available to take with you for the day.
Indoor and outdoor games are also available including a Corn Hole game
Please note landscape service may be conducted during your stay - This generally occurs in the afternoons on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
