NEW BUILDING IN INDIAN ROCKS BEACH

UNIT 202 - This apartment is on the LEFT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our new coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

UNIT 202 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT unit with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID# 1131130 (unit 201) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

Great Location and Property

We’ve stayed at Tommy’s three times now and absolutely love it. The location is perfect. The accommodations are fabulous. If you want a reall nice Condo, pool, and beach…this is the place!

This property is amazing. The units are very clean and the beach amenities that come with it are awesome, chairs, kayaks, floats, and anything you need . Only six units in the entire property so very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back to this property.

The best vacation ever.

We loved this condo. Location is great, really nice Condo with so many extras such as beach toys, paddle boards, and they even have detergents, and soaps. We have stayed at probably 20 places from Madeira Beach to Indian Rocks Beach and this is now our favorite!

Great Time at Indian Rocks Beach!

Our family and friends had a wonderful week at Indian Rocks Beach. The accommodations were even better than described in the listing. The location was convenient to activities and the beach is right at your door. Patrice was great to work with and made the entire process a breeze. We’ll definitely come back here when we visit Indian Rocks Beach.

Amazing Beach Front Property

The condo was perfect for our family of three. Very easy access to the pool and the ocean especially if you have a little one. Everything that you need is already there. Management went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Can't wait to go back!

Tommys is a great place to stay. Only 2 steps down from the property to the beach. Private backyard. If you fly, they have chairs, umbrellas and towels. It is a cute, old- school Florida cottage. The bathroom is kind of small but it is manageable. Would definitely stay here again!!!! 18 on the rocks has good food and in walking distance. Mgmt was great to deal with.

Excellent!

This property was perfect for our family spring break! A brand new building only a few steps from a beautiful beach. Our unit was decorated nicely and included everything we could have asked for plus some. The provided beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards were awesome! Indian Rocks Beach is a very nice area with several restaurants nearby but our favorite, Beach Waves Grill, was only a 30 second walk from the condo! We’ve been going to Florida for several years and Tommy’s on the Beach is our new favorite!

Everything was as expected. The management was very responsive. One example. Before coming I asked about the possibility to have a printer in the unit (because some of us needed continue to work while in Florida). And new printer was there when we arrived.

Perfect Beach House

We had a great time renting this property! I have rented a lot of vacation homes and this one by far was stocked with everything imaginable: every kitchen utensil you could possible use, lighters, sunscreen, tools, towels galore, you will not have to run out for anything. The location is awesome. There is a large yard with tables, a fire pit and plenty of room for games and activities. We had a party of 5 and invited family over totaling 11 and had a great time. I highly recommend this property that is walkable to everything. The Trombetta Family
