This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect stay for group trips. Only 5 minutes across the bridge to Gulf Blvd with access to Madeira Beach. The home features an open, bright living area, modern well equipped kitchen with bar seating and dining for 8. Dog friendly with a fully fenced backyard featuring a BBQ and dining pagoda area. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, parking, high speed wifi and beach essentials. A fantastic place for families, remote working and fun beach getaways.
No aggressive dog breeds!
- Due to insurer's policy, the following breeds are prohibited: Akitas Alaskan Malamutes Bull Mastiffs Presa Canarios Chow Chows Doberman Pinchers German Shepherds Pit Bull Terriers American Staffordshire Terriers Rottweilers Siberian Huskies Wolf/Dog hybrids Belgian Malinois American bully Alsatian mixed breeds linked to any of the breeds described in this schedule any trained attack or fighting dog. Any damage caused by a dog will be responsibility of the booking party and separate from Pet Fee.
