Our condo was undamaged from the Hurricanes Milton and Helene. The condo building received minor damage and the beach and all ammenities (including pool) are fully operational. We would be happy to host anyone who lost their unit due to the storms.

The condo is on the fifth floor of a seven story building giving you stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the vast white sand beach. Unlike many of the neighboring buildings, our condo did not install Sand Dunes on the beach. Therefore, you have direct access to the Gulf without having to walk over large dunes and you are free to enjoy the amazing beach. From the living room and master bedroom you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen window affords another waterfront view of the Intracoastal waterway and parkland, making this a unique setting with water views from both front and back. It is a truly fantastic location nestled between St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beaches.
