Starting August 11th through the end of December the onsite pool & hot tub will be unavailable due to upgrades being done. The pool two doors down at Sand Dollar condos will be available for guests to use during their stay

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This complex and condo are a great place to stay. The condo is updated with a great shower and the king size bed is SO comfortable. I also like that all access is code-based, so we don't have to carry keys with us. The pool deck is especially nice - large and a wonderful view of the beach and gulf.

What a wonderful condo with everything one could possibly need and beautiful views of the gulf! Property manager (VACASA) was completely unresponsive however, to some issues that were not within the homeowners control. I highly recommend this condo, but not the property manager.

Condo and property look just like pictures. Comfortable bed and furniture, plenty of towels. Beach towels need replaced. Bedroom door wall doesn’t lock. Door wall in living room screen is broken. Hot tub was closed 3 out of our 7 day stay and pool was closed one day then was too cold to use the last 2 days of our stay. Pretty disappointed, but I’m sure it was beyond rentals control. This was our second stay at the Beach Cottage and we will return. Beautiful quite beach, walking distance to bars and variety of restaurants.

It was a comfortable condo, had lots of extras for you to use during your stay, but no cleaning supplies. The floor was horribly filthy, almost black. After taking a shower and walking around for 5 minutes your feet were black. There was hair in the shower. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself. I reached out to Vacasa the first night and never heard from them again. I was very disappointed with Vacasa. If they cleaned the room properly I would have recommended this place again. Maybe stay here with a different company.

This is a beautiful condo that is extremely well stocked. It was very nice to have beach towels and starter cleaning products on hand when we arrived. Great 4 Day Anniversary trip to Indian Shores. Beach Cottage was a good Central Location, older property but Well managed. Nice Pool Deck, Easy Walk to Beach, Our Condo was very spacious, wonderful master bath/ shower, nice furnishings, Good View to Ocean / Pool. Nice balcony table /4 chairs. Perfect for couple maybe 2 small children.
