Pleasant stay

All good and as advertised, except for the stairs. They were a bit of a challenge for a couple of 70-somethings. We are walkers and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

the condo is in a great location to restaurants and the beach. the place had all kinds of extra things there like board games, coolers and beach stuff to use.

Perfect location for a beach trip

We loved the condo it had everything you could need in the kitchen and for beach accessories. Nice, safe area not too busy, super close to the beach just what me and my mother we’re looking for. Hosts were very responsive, Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay at the Beach

Loved the condo and its location! It was wonderful being so close to the beach, and we had plenty of options for restaurants and our morning coffees. Very easy communication too. The condo had everything we needed for a week-long beach vacation.

Overall Good Stay

We had a great time, we appreciated the location. The restaurant across the street has really good food. Proximity to the beach was awesome. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Dishes were dirty, we had to wash the sheets in the spare room (thankfully there were units in the condo to use), and finally the beach stuff that was provided was in poor condition.

The location was wonderful and walkable to a lot of places. The parking spots were large and convenient for the unit. The unit had a lot of kitchen supplies and appliances, so it made it easy to cook. There is a bar across the street with music on the weekends, but they stopped playing music at 10pm so it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Wonderfully equipped!

This condo had everything you needed! The beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were great! It was such a relief to not pack or buy all of those large expensive supplies. The unit was clean and the location was great. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.

I almost canceled a few weeks after we reserved the condo as I found out a few days later that I have cancer. I’m so glad I didn’t. Even though the stairs were a bit of a challenge, I need the physical therapy and I needed to feel normal again! We found some great restaurants nearby and the sunsets were beautiful! Thank you !

Perfect Location! Steps to a beautiful beach and great location.

We stayed a week and absolutely loved the location of the condo. It was close enough to Clearwater to go in for dinner or live music but far enough to get out of the craziness and busyness of Clearwater. Indian Rocks is a gem. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had anything and everything you would need for cooking. We enjoyed having a patio with an ocean view. Our favorite part was walking to the beach and having chairs, coolers, umbrellas and everything you need for a day at the beach provided.

Two friends and two kids.

This stay is nice, has everything you need and all of the beach necessities. The washer and dryer came in handy. The balcony has a beautiful view even though you’re not immediately on the beach it’s a great location! We had smaller kids and one downside was that this location had all tall bistro height chairs. We made it work regardless and had no issues.

Everything we expected ... and more

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed and appreciated staying in "Sea La Vie." It exceeded all our expectations as our host provided everything we needed, including top quality appliances and cookware, comfortable beds and whatever we needed for the beach. Our contact Shauna was always quick to respond to questions and most helpful. The only disappointment for us was that we couldn't thank her in person. We hope to stay here again.

A little difficulty with the A/C but was remedied only a few hours of notice. Our unit was second floor and actually third floor landing and was a bit much for carrying bags up two flights. A good workout.

We stayed recently at this condo and it was very close to the Beach and had things that we could take with us daily to the beach to use as well. The space was nice and we had everything that was needed. I will say if you have a lot of luggage just know there are a lot of stairs to carry it up to the top floor. We had 8 suit cases and it was hard to get it all up and back downstairs. Also the parking under the building make sure you use the correct space right off the bat we had one of the residents that live there yell at us for pulling into his space and we were not even parking. We left behind our wave boards for the next families that came in and overall the communication with the Owners was very nice and I would stay at one of there other places in the future.

Wonderful Location

The Good:-The location of this property is wonderful, steps from the beach (public access) and a view of the crashing waves. -The layout of the apartment is a nice size for a weeks stay.-There are many food options within walking distance, and many within a 5-minute drive.-Parking onsite is convenient.-All listed amenities were present, and the property comes with some items that can be used on the beach. The Bad:-There was only 1/2 a roll of TP in the apartment, and we requested more it was sent to the wrong house. We went and bought more, but still inconvenient. -There is patio furniture, but it is fairly uncomfortable, with the exception of one normal garden seat. 4-star-The other reasons for the 4 star review will be shared in private, and I expect they won't be persistent problems. -The bar across the street has live music most nights that could be loud for those trying to go to bed early. I enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the music though, and it was an awesome bar, so this could be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.
