SALE 2.5 MONTH RENTAL - April 15th- DEC. Club Redington 11th Floor Amazing views

September 2024 through December 2024 is available for a
2.5 month or longer rental.
$ 500 deposit required with balance due 15 days before arrival.
Guests will need to compete a background check by the Condo
Assn. board.

Due to this being an upscale building, the condo assn. has a required rental period of atleast 2.5-3 months per guest. We cannot rent to a guest with a shorter rental period than 2-3 months.
This luxury upscale condo which is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms
2 bath with 2 direct gulf view balconies on the 11th floor NW corner unit.
This unit is located in a high rise 15 floor tower building direct gulf front on Redington Shores beach.

This condo is well equipped and provides over 1400 s.f. of comfortable
living area which can easily sleep 5 persons.

New 50" LCD flat screen TV in great room.
Master suite has king size bed with a full bath, TV and closet and private balcony.

Comfortably sleeps 5-6 .
Assigned parking space - visitor parking also included.
Condo unit located directly on the beach - steps from pool.

The sunsets are amazing each night with the panoramic views.
