Renovated condo at Avalon Clearwater

One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian rocks beach. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.
The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance…

Great Condo in Clearwater

Checkin process was easy, the condo has everything you could ever need while on vacation, including beach chairs. Condo was extremely clean and our kids loved the pool.

We have stayed at Avalon before - this unit was very clean, provided all the essentials and host was very easy To work with and provided clear information. I would definitely stay here again. Location provides great access to everything in Clearwater and around Tampa/ St Pete.

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Located in a great location. The listing stated hot tub but there was not one on site-it is a fountain:) The pool is very nice! Would recommend and love to stay again!

Property was just as pictures showed. Very clean and comfortable. Ice cube dispenser on frig was a plus. Could use a couple medium size sauce pans, other than that everything you need is there. Close to Clearwater beach. Would stay here again. Owner is very responsive and pleasure to deal with.

Great Stay at Avalon

Beautifully renovated and decorated condo. Very nice touch to include a basket of extras that many vacation rentals no longer provide. Spent many hours on the balcony each day; the tree outside was an extra bonus for me as a nature lover and I could appreciate its architectural limb structure and watch a few birds from our spot on the 2nd floor (U.S. designation). The pool was busy but we always found a table on the days we went. Enjoyed our stay.

Modern, like-new condo in Clearwater

Wonderful stay in Clearwater Avalon condo. Modern, like-new condition. Nautical theme decor. Comfy bed, new windows and appliances. Nice grounds and pool. Often used the desk and "office" chair. Great location for visiting downtowns Clearwater/St Pete and nearby beaches. Enjoyed the 2nd floor balcony too. Thanks Alina!

Wonderful!

This condo had everyone my husband and I needed and then some! Washer/dryer in the unit was so useful for throwing in a quick wash. I also really appreciated the ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator, especially when you’re trying to stay hydrated in 90+ degree heat. Most importantly, it was super clean, that mattered most to me!

The owner is very attentive to the needs of her guests. We had problems getting the television to work. It was our error. We did not know that she was staying in another condo on the grounds. She came over, introduced herself to us, and helped us solve our problem with how to work the television set controls. The condo was completely well stocked with what we would need for our stay. The condo was extremely clean. The condo owner was helpful, friendly, and willing to do anything to make our stay pleasant. We had a most enjoyable stay and will certainly stay there again when we are in the area.

Muito bom

No geral tudo foi muito bom, o unico incomodo é que o prédio tem construção fora dos padrões do Brasil e o assoalho é de madeira, dessa forma qualquer barulho no andar de cima ressoa no de baixo, infelizmente tinha uma criança no andar de cima durante uns dias que parecia jogar bola no andar de cima.
