The home has a pool, fenced in yard and outstanding views. The large living room opens to a covered seating area pool, dock with incredible views of the waterway. The master bedroom opens to the pool, and waterway. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with everything you will need. Large two car garage you will find washer/dryer, bikes, grill, beach chairs, beach towels and more!

The space
Large 2 car garage will hold 10-foot trailer, 1 car or 2 cars. Driveway can hold 4 cars.

Two Living rooms each have sleeper sofas, nice and open overlooking the water, great for handicapped, TV in everyone Room and more!

Other things to note
$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets more needs approval, cats need to be declawed if not request approved to heat the pool there is a $35.00 daily fee. Minimum age to rent the home is 28 years.

Property was excellent, we enjoyed a short walk to the beach, the pool and fishing off the dock. Elaine was very accommodating, we have a late afternoon flight and she allowed us a later check out. I definitely recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing vacation!!

We spent 2 weeks at this location lovely home and highly recommend! The owner was very communicative, the house is well appointed with quality pots and pans, beds are comfortable, tv in many spots. The views of the canal are perfect for watching dolphins and herons. Great food near by as well as an off leash dig park.

My family and I just stayed a few days at this property. We had the best time relaxing by the pool and boating around the area.. We loved the convenience of the dock, nearby boat ramp, and short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep and lounge. We can't wait to return soon for longer stay!

Location is great. Short walk to the beach. Gray house for a family with the pool. We loved sitting on the dock. Saw a few dolphins, herons, and other wildlife. Get the Cuban sandwich at the Kooky Coconut which is not too far away.

We had a few family and friends together for a birthday getaway and needed somewhere we could sleep everyone under one roof. This was just what we were looking for. The location was great. The amenities, all the little details, we had everything we needed. Elaine is a terrific host. We all feel very lucky to have found this. The pool, dock: awesome! Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful house with a pool, dock to fish or relax on, pet friendly with a fenced in back yard! Walking distance to the beach but we decided to rent a golf cart because it’s fun for us and the kids! It is next to a beautiful nature walk and a children’s park. Our host was very accommodating and was always happy to answer any questions. Very clean, spacious and relaxing. We will definitely recommend this rental and will rent again the next time we travel to Indian rocks beach!

We LOVED the house and our stay here! Everyone was impressed by the spaciousness of the house. Elaine was a delight and I would definitely recommend and stay at her rentals again. The home was super clean, and the heated pool/jacuzzi and deck were a hit! The beach is also just 2 blocks away. Great location, spacious home, reasonable pricing - loved every minute there. My family had the best time staying at this house! We spent most of our trip outside in the pool and fishing from the dock. The pool was perfect and Elaine had plenty of pool toys and floats for us to use. We saw dolphins, a manatee and tons of fish right off our dock. This house has everything we could possibly think of needing and Elaine stayed in touch the whole time making sure we were good. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a great place for our family to gather. We loved the pool along with our grandkids. Plenty of pool toys, floaters, and fishing gear. Plenty of tables and chairs inside and out for family meals. Big kitchen to cook in. Nice to have a garage. We enjoyed the close the proximity to the beach and restaurants. We walked to most places.

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and our interaction with Elaine and James. They were very good hosts. The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The views from the dock incredible. A few evenings we chose to enjoy the sunsets from the dock. It is a short walk not only to the beach but also to many restaurants and shops. It is a short drive to grocery stores and other attractions. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable.

Had to travel light to Florida but found everything we needed in the house. Towels, sheets, everything we needed to cook with. Quiet and relaxing on the bay and by the pool where we spend most of our time. Host was quick to respond with any questions we had and was very accommodating with any request throughout the entire rental process. Quick walk to the beach and lots of great local restaurants. We spent 10 days for Christmas with 6 adults, 3 children, and 3 dogs and the house was perfect for us. The house was very spacious and homey feeling. We never felt like we were on top of each other. We brought a boat and the dock and boat ramp just a few blocks away made boating a snap. The days we didn't go out on the boat the kids could walk to the bait shop for shrimp and spent hours everyday fishing from the dock. Elaine went above and beyond before our arrival and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed for a excellent Christmas vacation!

The location is great! The house was very clean and well stocked! The views are amazing! Short walk to the beach. Elaine was an awesome host! She called me when we checked in -on Christmas Eve!- to see how everything was. She responded to all our questions quickly! She also put up a Christmas tree for our family!! She went above and beyond - My mother left something valuable when we checked out. Elaine went to the house and met us the next day to return it. We hope to return soon!

We had a great month. Elaine was great.... check in was easy and she checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Beach is a close walk and there is a great boardwalk through a nature preserve just a few houses down. We rented a golf cart and had a lot of fun driving it to the local restaurants and beaches. House was clean and had everything we needed. Pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable . We loved hanging out by the pool and out on the dock and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We will definitely be back. We fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach.

Elaine was very responsive and helpful. The only misfortune in our adventure was that heating the pool costs extra. This understanding was missed by our party in the description. Now this would not be an issue for some as they come from a cold climate, but as a native Floridian, that water is cold in the spring! They would have turned it on for us, but it would not have heated up in time. The location made everything easy and the property was spacious and lovely. Thank you, Elaine.

This place was exactly as described. The house was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. The cabinets were fully stocked with just about anything you can imagine you would need for a kitchen. The kids spent most of their time in the pool. There were plenty of floats and things to play with for them. The beach is about a 5 or so minute walk from the property, we just loaded up the little wagon that was in the garage and pulled that down with us. The homeowners were very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone going to the St Pete area.

After a cold miserable winter, a house on the water, pool, hot tub, and dock on the water is hard to beat. I was afraid our family would not leave when it was time yesterday. Elaine and Jim were responsive to our every need. The house was stocked with everything especially with all the goodies to take to the beach. The house is on the water with a quick 10-minute walk to the beautiful Indiana Rocks Beach. I know you can't promise this every time, but viewing a mananatee and a dolphin from our dock was a highlight. We will be back (just not soon enough.)
