Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #422 is located on the 4th floor, situated conveniently adjacent to the elevator. It offers a shared balcony that overlooks the pool with a partial yet enjoyable view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.

Accommodations:
Our king suite offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. It provides a king size bed and a spacious living area of 380 square feet so you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

- Minimum Check In Age: 21 (No exceptions)
- Parking: One parking spot per room; parking pass provided at check in
- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (heated).

- Smoking Policy: Effective May 10th, our property will be 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and must be done off-site.

Nice ocean view vacation house

Clean and quite vacation house, good location, just minutes walk to pier 60. My kids love it and strongly recommend to anyone who plan to enjoy the relaxing vacation in Clearwater Beach.

Wedding at Sand Key Beach

Perfect! Clean, cool, lovely staff, safe, convenient for everything: Clearwater Beach is across the street, lots of restaurants nearby, free parking and clean pool! Resort was nice n clean. Had view of the beach as requested. Everything was in walking distance. Only move the once to go Walmart n eat across the bridge. Couldn't asked for a better place to stay! We even stayed an extra day!

Beautiful Getaway.

Our family loved this property! It was so close to the beautiful beach and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. We lived the pool on hot days and enjoyed that there was a deck box filled with everything we needed for the beach on property. We'll be back!

Overall we were happy with our stay but the pictures weren’t what we got. I prefer to pick a place based on the exact room that I’m staying in. Again it was perfect location to beach, restaurants and live music. That’s what we went there for and the room was for us to sleep.

The location was great! The room had a musty smell and there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. There was not any closet or any hooks to hang anything. That was difficult for a three night stay.

This place was just right. The only thing I would change is the size of the fridge. It’s small but I had a cooler to help out. Close to everything and would recommend staying here. I couldn’t fully enjoy my stay because my mother passed away while I was there so I had to cut my stay short.

Great location, ocean view!

Really nice clean unit, in a great part of town, short walk too most all attractions in Clearwater Beach. Half of mile from the pier. Really enjoyed this unit and our stay here!
