This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is a must see! The kitchen has been beautifully updated and is fully equipped and ready for your culinary masterpieces to be created! The view of the Intracoastal Waterway can be seen from the living room and master bedroom, it can also be enjoyed from your private balcony as you relax and unwind after your day of sunshine on the beach.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area.
