This VRBO was neat and clean, and situated in a pleasant neighborhood within walking distance of a lovely beach. While amenities were adequate, they were not numerous. Pictures of outside of VRBO and closeness to beach were somewhat misleading. However, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the condo overall.

Loved staying at this duplex for an adult family vacation. It very convenient to walk to the beach and getting around Indian Rocks Beach. The indoor and outdoor space was very cozy and perfect for 3 people. Definitely recommend!

This place has everything you need and them some!!! Location, two separate rooms with a nice shower ,out back has a shower to rinse the sand and salt off before you come in!!! Really love the short walk to beach!!!!

Took us a few tries to figure out the front lock, but we eventually got it. Very accurate description. Very clean and had all the essentials. Didn’t spend a whole lot of time there but when we did we enjoyed it. Less than a five minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. Many restaurants and shops to walk to.

This place is easy to find and our stay was good. We were happy to find chairs and stuff for the beach, although the “beach” towels were more like microfiber towels than actual beach towels. The only issues we had were that the stove knobs do not work correctly, there were stains on the pillow cases, towels and even the shower curtain. The house could’ve been a bit cleaner when we came into it but we cleaned up what was there. Overall good stay but some small issues were here.

Wife and I were so sad to leave this place! Agree 100% with other reviews about convenience, cleanliness and comfort. Also very quiet. Quite private even though it's part of a duplex. (The listing says patio is "shared" but actually it's thoroughly partitioned off from the other side.). Finally, if you prefer quaint cottages and family-owned businesses to high-rises and mega-chains, then Indian Rocks is one of the nicest beach communities in FL.

We loved this two bedroom, one bath duplex. An easy, short, one block walk to the 8th St., Beach access was great. (There are a few parking spots over there is you are unable to walk.) The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Kristen was a great host. This duplex was very clean and well taken care of and nicely decorated. It had extra amenities in the kitchen and bathroom that we enjoyed. This was the perfect spot from my sister and I on a girls trip or could potentially also fit 4 people easily. The Walsingham Causeway is a half a mile down the road along with several great restaurants so you don’t need to venture far to have everything that you need. I will be recommending this duplex to all my friends and family and we will definitely book it again!

The location was in walking distance to the several restaurants, cvs, and stores. The beach access was within a few minute walk. Beach chairs, bicycle, and beach toys were available at the rental. The rental was equipped with modern amenities. There was a barbecue grill also at the rental. The only suggestion: a wagon would have made it easier to take things to the beach. I would definitely recommend this beach rental. Janet

We stayed a week and loved every minute. This cottage was so fresh/clean/adorable. It was equipped with more than we could have imagined including toiletries, beach towels, water sports equipment, a fully stocked kitchen (with a full array of spices!) Just a 3-5 minute quiet walk to a gorgeous beach and beach-side grill that had great food/ice cream/beer and cheap prices. We will be back b/c the rates can't be beat for a gem like this. FYI: TVs are in both BRs and LR. If you have a bigger group, the owners have a 2nd unit next door that is just as adorable as ours was. (I peeked.) Parking for 2 cars (at each unit) was right out our door. This, and the fact that there were no steps) made it so nice for us to load and unload.
