Heated Pool & Spa 8min to beach, w/ games, theater

This house has 5 total beds (3 queen beds, 2 king beds) as well as 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 people. With a fully enclosed florida room that has veen converted to a theater room, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Each bedroom has its own Roku smart TV and ceiling fan. Outside, you’ll find a large heated pool with plenty of seating and lounge chairs for your group as a gas grill. The rest of the yard has a large fire pit area and plenty of fun games for your group to enjoy! The full sized gameroom includes a full sized ping pong table, NFL Blitz Arcade game, foosball, 1 v 1 basketball shoot out and a lifesized connect 4 game. The living room includes an oversized couch with comfortable chairs for your entire group to sit and enjoy board games, card games, etc. as well as a 65 inch smart TV. Brand new large capacity LG washers and dryers have been installed so you can do your laundry before you leave town. A fully stocked coffee/tea bar with various flavor add ins is provided to give you energy to start your day.
