🏠 The house has two main large bedrooms with king beds and on-suite full bathrooms. There are two other bedrooms as well, one of which has a fun bunk bed for the kids! There is a fourth bedroom that has a queen bed.

Please note there is Ring Security Camera at the front door for the security of guests.

The house is in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. Thus we kindly ask all guests to keep noise volume to a reasonable level 24/7.

Note - breaking any of these policies will result in the cancelation of booking.

The entire house and property will be able to be access [except for a few owners’ closets].

As a host, I strive for an excellent stay! I always have my phone on with notifications for Airbnb. So please feel free to message me through the Airbnb app and I’ll respond as fast as I can!

The house is nestled in the back of a friendly neighborhood! There are two nice county parks in the neighborhood!

John R. Bonner Nature Park (.2 miles walk from home) - has water access to the inter coastal, a dock that runs out to the water, play grounds for kids and grills.

George C. McGough Nature Park (.4 mile walk from the home) - it a good sized park with nature walking trails among palm trees and other tropical plants. It also a long dock that jets out to the intercoastal waterway. There is are also exhibits with impressive birds such as American Bald Eagles, Owls, Falcons and more! There is also a turtle pond with an abundant amount of turtles which is super fun for kids!

Florida in general is a driving centric state. But fortunately, this home is located 1 mile to (IRB) Indian Rocks Beach. So walking to the beach and Restaurants in IRB is total possible (roughly ~20 min walk)

* Early Check-in if Available: $50;
* Late Check-out if Available: $50;
* Pet Fees: $100 per Pet, 3 Pet Max;
Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception.
* Pool Heating Fee: $25 per night;
Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.
