Open LR/DR concept, 2 Cozy BRs & 2 Full Baths. 2nd Bath not connected to BR. Fully equipped Kitchen w/Unique Bar for Coffee, etc. Washer/Dryer. Private Patio w/ Grill, Back Deck w/Lg Umbrella & 2 car On-Site Parking. Historic Uptown, easy walking to Great Restaurants, Coffee Shops, 2 Parks, etc. Approx 1 mile D'Town St. Pete. The location of the house was ideal for our needs. The house lived up to reviews and it was clean and very tidy. The host contact has been one of the best experiences with VRBO. I would highly recommend this house and location for anyone wanting to explore St. Pete.

We spent 5 days in St Petersburg visiting our daughter. The home we rented was very nice and comfortable. The location allowed us to walk to many of the restaurants or bars that we went to . Loved our stay and will definitely be back
