Direct Gulf Front Beach Paradise! Any Closer To The Water & You Would Be In It..

You'll feel like a millionaire in this Luxury Direct Gulf Front condo. Spend your next vacation at the popular Holiday Villas II. Hear the ocean as you sleep while the sea breeze refreshes you. This 1150 sq ft unit has been updated to include a walk in shower, new Pergo flooring, and a maple kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen and 3 TVs (all with cable service) will make you feel right at home. You can surf from the private 32' balcony with free high speed WI-FI. Beautiful rataan furniture and a nautical theme enhance the unit. New stove and refrigerator was added in 2021. Renovation of a lovely walk in shower with rain head and body jets was completed in 2021 as well. A heated pool assures year round comfort. We ask for only a four night minimum May-December excluding holiday weeks and a seven night minimum during high season. Holiday weeks require a 7 night minimum. Take your vacation whenever you want ! I do not require a Sat/Sat stay.

A land line is also provided for safety in case mobile reception is not functioning.
Free high speed Wi/Fi with 10Meg Speed.

We loved it here!

This is a great condo right on the beach, it was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed and lots of restaurants nearby. Beautiful beach!

Perfect place for a get-a-way!

This place was wonderful! Exactly as advertised- beautiful view and amazing access to the beach! Plenty of sand toys, towels, and all the things you need for the beach!

Winter Getaway

The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. We could drive to Johns Pass, sit on the balcony and watch dolphins, or drive to Clearwater.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We are from Iowa and this is the 2nd time in a year that we stayed at this property. Ǐt is great in so many ways. All of the people we encountered, including owner, property manager, workers and other guests were very friendly. The unit was perfect as well as the location. We feel safe, it is very convenient. Can’t wait to go back!!

Could not have been happier with our stay! View of the Gulf ofc was the most amazing part! Condo was clean and very well stocked! Questions were answered quickly by our local contact and host could not have been any nicer. Would definitely return!

Island Shores

What a wonderful place to stay. The 4 of us had a blast. The location is convenient to a lot of things to do. The beachfront view was spectacular. Joyce was very easy to work with and was easy to get a hold of during our stay. Most definitely would recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience. This condo was very clean! Had all the necessary tools for a fun filled family vacation. The beach view was incredible. The owner responded fast and accommodated my request for a little later check because of our flight!

Place was nice and clean. Spectacular view. Could use new mattresses and the lock box was a little difficult for someone with long fingernails. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The View

This condo is all about the view! The bed was hard, but that small detail melted away when you were engrossed by the sounds of the waves as you enjoyed your morning coffee on the patio. The owner and manager were awesome. Would recommend to anyone that needs to get away!

Watched sunsets from the large balcony every evening.

We had a wonderful stay. This unit was in a great location. The beach was not crowded at all. The unit had beach chairs and umbrella to use! It was clean and stocked with everything in the kitchen anyone would need. Loved the 4 glass doors/panels that had a beautiful view of the ocean. The large balcony has comfy furniture to watch the sunsets. Would definitely stay again.

Great Time!

We had beautiful weather and clear water, perfect for swimming. Really enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the balcony watching all the beach things! The keys required some jiggling to make them work, but we found some WD40, and that helped some! I think a few more keys(we only had 2) or maybe the newer code entry would be good. I would stay there again!

Everything was perfect

This place cannot get closer to the ocean. We spent so much time on the balcony listening to the waves, “working” remotely. The condo was well stocked, well maintained, check in process was easily communicated and it was very spacious 2 bedroom (3 bed) 2 bathroom place. Would recommend 100/100 times and will rent again when we come back!

Amazing condo, breathtaking views!!!

Our family just wrapped up an unforgettable week staying at this condo. The entire unit was perfect for our family of four! All of the beds are extremely comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed for the perfect stay, including lots of beach essentials! The condo building itself was great, clean and well maintained, and the listing could not be more true…you literally feel like you are on the beach while taking in the view from the balcony! We watched the sunset every night from the beach or the balcony, both great! The condo is also in a great location, walking distance to shops, stores, activities, and restaurants. The best part? The beach! Indian Shores is a peaceful beach town, not too crowded this time of year and perfectly relaxing which is just what we needed. If you are looking for the perfect gulf shore experience…you will love this condo!! Thank you Joyce for allowing us the chance to stay here!

Perfect vacation

Joyce was great to work with! The condo was in the perfect location, the view of the beach was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked! The furniture was very comfortable. We were in Florida visiting family and stayed at Joyce’s condo for the first time considering this our babymoon as well since we are 7 months pregnant. We intend on coming again next year with our baby! We even noticed a potable baby crib in the closet! With a new little one coming and knowing what accommodations the condo comes with packing will be a breeze!

Absolutely breathtaking!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo! We were in a condo that seemed to be updated from the pictures and were so pleased. Traveling with two young children can be a headache but luckily we were able to rent a pack n play and high chair for use at the condo along with sand toys and plenty of outdoor accessories for the beach (chairs, canopy, beach toys, etc). There is so much to do within walking and driving distance. Ice cream shops about every couple blocks it seemed. PJ's Oyster Bar was a favorite for us! The sunsets each night were amazing and this vacation has brought our family so many happy memories. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! We are already looking forward to next time.
