5/2/25 - NEW UPDATE FROM BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMPANY. STILL NO REPAIR DATE ON ELEVATOR. BUILDING EXTERIOR REPAIRS BEGINNING ON JULY 7, 2025 THROUGH END OF December, 2025. MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE USE OF BALCONIES. POOL MAY OR MAY NOT BE OPEN AT TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION. ANOTHER NEIGHBORING POOL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING THIS TIME.

3/19/25 Update: The controller has been installed and the cab moves up and down. The last company needs to return for their part and the elevator will be operational. As soon as we get the date we will let you know. From what we understand this last step only needs one day.

This was a beautiful vacation. We stayed in Indian Shores several times and always enjoy the location. This condo was beautiful and accurate to its listing. It was a nice central location within walking distance to restaurants and right across the street from mini golf. We saw Dolphins in the gulf right off the deck of the room. The check in process was great and communication with the property owner was excellent. I really like that. She sent us a message the next day checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. I wouldstay here again. The pool was also very clean and not crowded. Very quiet place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was super! The bed was very comfortable. Great location too! Had a slight hiccup with the AC and owner responded immediately and fixed immediately. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay didn't start off well. The elevator was still broken from the hurricane. It was our understanding it was supposed to be fixed by January. Hauling all our stuff up 3 flights of stairs was NOT fun. The unit itself was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely laid out and had everything we needed. Location was exceptional. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. View from the balcony was amazing. The only concerns we had was the elevator was not operating and we were on the 3rd floor. The condo was cleaned but there were areas, under end tables, coffee tables, baseboards, and top of refrigerator were neglected. Reservation process and check in/out was professional. I would stay again if the elevator was working

The property was clean and was represented well by the pictures posted on VRBO. Check in could not have been easier and the staff was very responsive to questions we had after arriving. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to so many great restaurants. And the sunsets were incredible. We're planning on a return trip next year.

Very happy with the location and all the amenities that came with this rental. Everything was neat and in order, our only issue was that there wasn’t any beach towel but we managed. Loved the balcony looking out at the ocean and easy access to the beach. Would stay here again

This condo was perfect for a family of four! Right on the beach, amazing views, and very clean. It had a full kitchen, beach chairs and beach towels. This made it super easy for us and able to enjoy our vacation! We definitely will be back!

For the two months leading up to this stay I was concerned that it would be too good to be true. As soon as we arrived I was blown away by how nice it was. It is even better than the pictures on the site if you can believe that. It was a beautiful place and I would definetly recommend going back.

Amazing condo stocked with towels, blankets, sheets,kitchen full equipped for cooking in for the night. Recommend bring toilet paper, detergent and trash bags. There is some beach accessories there as well. Amazing time spent there!
