Welcome to our cozy & charming home in St. Petersburg, Florida! We absolutely love our city and are so happy you've chosen to stay with us. We are conveniently located right in the center of town with easy access to Tampa Bay, St. Pete Beaches, Tropicana Field and the restaurants and shops in downtown St. Pete. It’s a 12-minute drive to either the bay or the beach and only 5 minutes to the heart of downtown. We know the city well and we're happy to provide recommendations throughout your stay!
The space
Our home accommodates up to 5 guests and offers three bedrooms/1bath. The master is of ample size, while the two additional bedrooms are a tad smaller. We have a sofa bed available for use. The kitchen and dining rooms are spacious and complete with the necessary items should you choose to stay in for a meal. The living room and master bedroom have TVs and internet service is provided. There is a front patio and a rear patio set up for enjoying the outdoors.
We are located on a main road offering fast access to downtown and a quick u-turn to the beaches. We’ve provided sound machines for our front bedrooms in case of road noise.
There is a tenant in the garage apartment which we ask you to be respectful towards.
Check-in is 4 pm; checkout is 10 am. If you arrive early, message us. We're often able to allow guests to drop luggage off in the entry space prior to check-in. We will send you a code for the keypad on the front door. We can occasionally accommodate a late checkout, message us to inquire.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES:
1- Place used towels in a pile on the floor.
2- Leave used beds unmade and any linens from the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.
3- All garbage is to be thrown in the large black trash bin in the alley; empty indoor recycling bin into the large blue bin outside the fence.
4- Clean & put away any used dishes. Place any last-minute dishes in the dishwasher and start before you leave.
5- Simply put, please be respectful, leave the home the same way you found it.
HOUSE RULES:
1- NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property. Our garage apartment tenant will let us know if there are any parties occurring
2- Third parties are not welcome; the house is for guests and guests only.
3- We have outdoor areas for your enjoyment as well; one on the front porch and one out back in the fenced-in yard. There are two parking spots on the property, plus available street parking.
4- This is a SMOKE-FREE home. If you smoke, do it outside and use the outdoor ashtray located to the right when exiting the back door of the house.
5- No pets.
Guest access
The front house and side yards are all yours! Parking is in the front driveway or on the street. There is a tenant in the garage apartment out back; rear parking is for that apartment. Please be respectful of his/her space.
