Please note there will a a 100$ registration fee payable to the HOA upon arrival for all stays under 31 days .

Other things to note
We have a kayak and bikes available to rent for your stay please inquire if you wish to use during your stay .

A Gem!

We had a wonderful stay and will be back for sure! The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed stunning sunsets each night. Just a short trip to downtown St Pete too!
