Perfect Location

Right on the beach with gorgeous views from the balcony! Walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Step right out on the beach. Quiet at the Inn, but plenty to do on site as well.

Couples get away

The view was beautiful. The location was walkable and the hosts were quick to respond if we had questions. It was perfect for two but could easily fit 4 if needed. We will be back.

Relaxation

This was our second time staying at Island Inn. We enjoyed walking on the beach and collecting a large variety of shells. The beach is never crowded. The accomodations are comfortable for two people.

This place has a beautiful view of the Gulf! It was clean and had all the space we needed. The Island Inn lobby was really messy, but it appeared under construction. Great communication!

Great for Girls Getaway!

Perfect property and location for a weekend getaway for friends! Beautiful beach views, access to restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance, or a short drive. Island Girl Tiki and Beach Services were convenient and added to the fun! At the time of our stay, the property was going through some heavy construction, which we were informed of. We anticipate this great investment to enhance the property even more!

Great location

The condo is in a nice location. View is great. Things that desperately need attention are the mattress and the water temperature control in the shower. The mattress feels like your sleeping directly on the coils. When taking a shower you go from scalding hot to freezing cold in a matter of a seconds.

Lovely suite and beautiful view

We were very happy with our stay at Island Inn. We had excellent communication from the property manager, quick and accurate. The suite was lovely, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The bed and other furniture was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a good size and gave us full views of the beach and water. Much of the rest of the building was under construction but we were made aware of this prior to our stay and it didn't bother us at all. This was a terrific suite and we look forward to going back.

drop dead gorgeous view

View is gorgeous, updated furnishings. The complex where this is located is a bit older but appeared to be well maintained. Staff were constantly cleaning the grounds, common areas, etc. We did encounter a couple of snafus that were handled quickly and to our satisfaction.

Perfect Birthday!

My mother-in-law had a life-long dream of waking up next to the ocean. In celebration of her 73rd birthday, we reserved 519 Island Inn near Indian Rocks for her. She cried and cried because she was so excited when she opened the trip as her birthday gift. Multiple times a day she texted us to tell us how amazing it was there. She said they woke up before sunrise each morning to enjoy the sun coming up, spent time walking along the beach, took naps in the afternoon listening to the waves, and watched incredible sunsets from the balcony. She said everyone treated them wonderfully while they were there and they had no issues of any kind. She also said the pictures were exact and they couldn't have been happier. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us to make her birthday extra special!

Room 519 - Island Inn Resort

Room was exactly as advertised. Neat, clean and nicely decorated. All we had to do was unpack and head to the balcony or down the elevator out to the beach. Views were breathtaking! Loved that the room was fully equipped with beach towels, chairs, and that the kitchen was equipped with plates, glasses and silverware! Here are our only suggestions: 1) Please invest in a quality mattress. It was very flat and hard. Even a nice room can make you grouchy if you get a lousy night sleep night after night. 2) Please invest in a nicer television with cable. You could not watch TV without all the snow and fuzzy pictures. Overall, we had a very nice visit and we thank you for a lovely room!

wonderful location

check in was very easy and they let us check in early as soon as condo was ready! Condo was just as seen on listing. Bed was very cozy lost of soft pillows. Kitchen was just enogh for the two of us. Bathroom was fine Tub and shower head could use updating but lots of hot water and good water pressure. Most important it was clean!! The only things I would have liked to have were some rugs outside the door to get sand off shoes as to not track in condo! also towels were nice and big but scratchy after being in sun could use some Downey on the towels ! Also a cheap wall clock would be nice ! other than that it was lovely!! Would for sure stay again!! great location and Beach was amazing !
