The home has the 4 bedrooms (all king sized beds with high quality pillows and bedspreads), 3.5 bathrooms, a kitchen with all the essential cooking appliances for you to cook for any meal or occasion, a dining area with seating for 6, two living rooms (one with a wood fire place, and one with a 70 inch Smart TV), and an Arcade/Game room with 9 arcade machines + a basketball hoop game + a skeeball machine.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, a larger dresser, storage dressers under the bed, and a bedside dresser.
The Master Bedroom also includes a large Walk-In Closet with plenty of storage/shelf space, so you will have plenty of places to store your belongings and access them with ease.
The Master Bedroom has a beautiful view of the front yard, and several large bay windows to bring in sunlight and view the front yard.
The Master Bedroom has a large 65 inch Smart TV with Apple TV device to access all your favorite streaming apps and Spectrum cable.
The Master Bedroom also has an Electric Meble brand fire place with adjustable color lighting to keep the room extra warm and toasty during winter months.
The Master Bedroom also includes a full bathroom with an oversized Jacuzzi tub and a separate large walk in shower with 2 shower heads.
The Master Bedroom is large a spacious for you to have space to feel right at home.
Pool Area/Backyard:
The home has a heated/saltwater pool with plenty of pool toys and pool towels provided as well as pool lounge chairs, an outdoor dining area with seating for 6, a PitBoss pellet/electric smoker grill, available for use during your stay.
The backyard also includes a car port big enough for 3 vehicles, so if you want to keep your car in the shade and out of the rain, we have you covered!
We have a pool cleaning company come every Thursday morning to clean and service the pool, so you will always have the pool clean and fresh during your stay without you having to worry about anything!

There is a separated apartment/“in law suite” in the back/upstairs which I stay in, so if you need anything during your stay or have questions, I will be available to assist and live on the property in the back/backyard (not inside the home you are renting), so please be assured you have complete privacy during your stay. The garage, the locked storage closet inside the master bedroom, and the separated apartment/“in law suite” are the only 3 areas off limits to you during your stay.
In compliance with CDC’s COVID-19 social distancing recommendations and in compliance VRBO policies, parties are not permitted. If a reservation is found to be throwing a party or there is suspicion of a party being thrown, guests will immediately have their reservation cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
We have a doorbell with a camera on it that records audio and video by the front door. We also have a security camera floodlight pointing to the gate leading to the back driveway. The cameras record video and still shots, and are active 24/7 during guest stays for your safety and safety of the home.

Trash collection is on Mondays and Thursdays excluding Thanksgiving/Christmas Eve/Christmas/New Years Eve/New Years Day
