"Property had a great location - close to the train from the airport and close to walk to nearly everything - very central. However, WI-Fi strength is very poor and no regular TV service is provided - you have to stream everything - on 3 out of 6 days we were not able to stream for more than about 5 mins before shows cut off. 2 staff tried to fix it by resetting the router but it did not help. WI-FI speeds when it worked was 5 mbps and failed often at <1 mbps."

"Excellent location and the hotel staff were lovely. We will stay here again and a great alternative to staying in the CBD"

"very good"

"Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We made several requests for additional items and they were delivered quickly. The location is very convenient, and staff was friendly and very helpful."

"Great service 5/5"

"The suite was in a good central location to Parramatta CBD. Close to Light Rail and large shopping complex an easy walk away. The river ferry was a 5 minute walk. The railway station was near the shopping complex. Metro Woolies shopping next door which had a large range of food and necessities. Nice cafes and eateries nearby. The only problem was the lift services were slow due to breakdowns, leaving many people waiting for 10-20 minutes for the service."

"Room was great and staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jack at the front desk"
