Exclusive semi-detached house "5c" under thatch in the "Landhaus am Störweg" with 4 rooms and about 107 sqm on 3 levels (ground floor, first floor, attic) for up to 5 persons (well-being occupancy: max 4 adults). In a quiet location in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. The modern and loving decor offers the highest comfort. Dogs are welcome.

Living room with sofa (2-3 persons), 2 wicker chairs, woodburning stove, TV, BluRay player, dining table with 5 chairs and two exit to the garden. Direct access to the furnished west-facing terrace with beach chair. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe and chair.
 Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe and chair.

1. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and daylight.
 Second Bathroom with shower (low entry: about 15 cm), toilet, hair dryer and natural light.

Study with desk, chair, TV and pullout armchair (for teenagers).

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing set. Storage room with vacuum cleaner, cot and high chair.

Parking space (carport) and bicycle shed at the house. Free Wi-Fi.

The Landhaus am Störweg consists of 4 identical house parts A-D, of which parts of the house are A and C with dog.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking is not permitted. NOTE: Barbecuing is prohibited because of the thatched roof.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir waren Ende Oktober 2018 für eine Woche in dem Haus. Das Haus war nagelneu, die Einrichtung wie frisch aus dem Möbelhaus. Die Geräte hochwertig, alles neue Siemens oder Bosch Geräte. Die Lage ist sehr schön auf einem riesigen Grundstück zusammen mit noch drei anderen, baugleichen Ferienwohnungen. Ringsherum Reetdachhäuser und zum Böhler Leuchtturm sind es 10 Min zu Fuß. Der „Strand“ in Böhl ist allerdings recht weit entfernt - erst geht es vom Leuchtturm aus einen guten Kilometer über Salzwiese, dann kommt sandiger Nordseeschlick. Bei Ebbe ist selbst von dort das Meer nur am Horizont zu erahnen. Zwei Punkte sollte man zum Haus Wissen: anders als angegeben, verfügt das Haus über Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner, die neben dem Eingang in einem praktischen Hauswirtschaftsraum untergebracht sind. Das Zusatzbett / Schlafsessel steht im Studio im zweiten Obergeschoss, dieses ist nicht durch eine Tür vom Treppenaufgang getrennt und somit nur bedingt als Schlafraum geeignet. Einziger, winziger Kritikpunkt ist der Parkplatz. Der Carport ist meiner Meinung nach kaum nutzbar mit einem Familienauto. Er ist sehr dicht an der Straße gebaut, gegenüber ist eine niedrige Mauer. Der Platz reicht nur zum Ausparken in mehreren Zügen, wenn kein Auto daneben parkt. Wenn ein Auto daneben parkt, ist der Platz evtl. je nach Autogröße nicht nutzbar. Es ist mir unverständlich, warum der Carport nicht zwei Meter weiter ins Grundstück gebaut worden ist. Platz wäre mehr als Genug gewesen. Trotzdem, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von mir.
