Living room with pull-out (sleep) sofa (145x200cm), 2 armchairs, small desk with chair, dining table with 4 chairs, TV (satellite), DVD player and stereo compact system. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the west.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x190cm).
Children's bedroom with 2 armchairs (extendable, each 90x190cm) and sea view.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Hallway with wardrobe, mirror and built-in wardrobe in the entrance area.

Parking space at the house. Free Wi-Fi. Shared washing machines and dryers for a fee in the 4. OG, 8. OG and 12. OG of the house.
