"Absolutely delightful hotel with great staff and outstanding rooms. The pool and spa must be one of the best on the Island. Very accessible and close enough to the main centre to be able to walk if you don't want to use the free hotel shuttle bus. Room very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and of a high standard with good options for everyone"

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. No air con but fans are provided. Large spacious family room with 1 double and 2 singles. Lots of clothes storage. Some of the furniture and decor is a bit tired. Room was a bit noisy from road below. No leisure facilities but were able to use the nearby Monterey which was also fabulous. Amazing roof terrace at the Royal. Bar food in both hotels was lovely and same friendly service in both. Would recommend. "

"It was on the beach, room view was the sea,facilities were great within room and accommodated our request for walk in shower. The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. View from room onto bench and tacos selected and accommodated for food allergy."

"Wonderful stay. Fantastic view over the marina. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Free apples and water by reception. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a lovely swimming pool although on the small size. A good sauna and steam room good opening times and good view over the water. Hotel great location for walking into st Hellier. We went on the ferry to st Marlo a long day but a pretty place to visit a short walk from the port into town good restaurants and shops. "
