"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. "Hotel room was lovely, large space. We had a hot tub but only used it once. View from room over the harbour was beautiful. Not much around the area but this was ideal for us as we were spending 2 nights to relax before moving on to Sliema. Restaurant was lovely, breakfast menu there was loads to choose from and plenty of it. Pool was lovely with music and comfy beds. Vibe was relaxed and just what we needed. Perfect hotel for relaxing, not sure if you wanted to walk where there is but would recommend. Indoor pool looked great, although the floor was covered in algae but I think it was down to the natural rock."

"Been a few years since we booked this hotel ,and to be honest there's a big difference. Lovely little garden and spotlessly clean all around .The bar as had a really lovely refurbishment, so much better .For a budget hotel you cant really moan .Nice comfortable beds and room serviced every day .Staff are great ,loved the Italian man on reception so friendly and helpful , think he said his name was Cowie?.,but anyway nice bloke. Anyway for what we paid in that time of the year was a bargain for the four of us.Breakfast ,we ordered at the table and was freshly cooked and ok. It's a little bit out of the way to the main square if you have walking difficulties but on the whole we enjoyed it"

"This was absolutely one of the best hotels/apartments that we have stayed in. Self check-in was SUPER easy, the host met us at the property to provide some logistical information and a complimentary bottle of wine. When ever we needed anything, they were only a WhatsApp call/message away. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for a larger family or group. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

"Can’t really go wrong with this hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, very well organised. I had a top floor room (405) and had a balcony that faced the sea and the pool. AC was broken at first but the maintenance staff were so quick to repair it, didn’t even need to ask twice. The Nepali maintenance man made my stay absolutely perfect and deserves a raise as every time I saw him, he was working so hard and determined to do a good job at everything he put his mind to. Be sure to keep the AC on when you’re not in the room though, else you’d be greeted with a boiling hot room on your return. The receptionists at first left a really bad impression: they couldn’t offer any advice on things to see (one instead suggesting I use Google rather than asking her). However, that same receptionist turned out to really care about her job after she scoured every room looking to return a lost phone to the rightful owner. So they do care, they’re just curt and not enthusiastic about being there. Location is quite bad unless you want to be away from everything. It’s not actually in St Paul’s Bat proper, but rather in Xemxija, a small suburb on the outskirts of St Paul’s Bay. Still, plenty restaurants; a few shops; a fresh fruit market. We had everything we needed and didn’t mind the quiet."

"Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance. The pool floor was stained, the fence to the baby pool was rotten, the door to the shower was beginning to rot and the bedroom ceiling tiles were ill fitting Other than that it is a great hotel!"
