"Hotel staff were great! They were very nice even through navigating a new system that seemed to be frustrating. A few things could use a little touch up in the rooms, but everything seemed to be clean. I do wish that their towels were a little thicker, they didn’t give that hotel quality…very thin. The beds were comfy and I loved our room location facing the river and pool."

"Had a wonderful time, loved the fact that it is close to amusement park. Outside pools were great but inside pools looked dirty and only one jet in hot tub was working. On the other hand our room was clean but there's something not right with bathroom light, had a hard time getting it on. Frontdesk staff wasn't much help and not to far from rude, I get it they have worked all summer but guest are guest and I work front desk too."

"Overall, love the location, loved the amenities, and loved the beach at this location. Overall a great place, however, the one issue we had was someone trying to come into our room in the middle of the night and when asked the front desk about it they said they checked the lock records and it showed no one coming in until 8:17 am. They suggested it was kids knocking on the door and the door not being fully latched… Regardless, both of us were still asleep at 8:17 so I'm not sure why someone tried to access the room at that time either. Front desk staff made it appear as if so was delusional questioning when we came down for breakfast...entire conversation w this gentleman at the front desk felt shady. Not apologetic, even w comment of kids knocking on doors in the middle of the night, acted like there was nothing they could do about it. Lots of custodial staff going in and out of rooms throughout the day… Just question the safety with that, kept our things locked up in the safe. Loved everything about this place other than dealing w this one gentleman behind the front desk who was less than helpful and unapologetic."

"Dont believe everything you see on the internet. My family and I spent Saturday to Monday in this hotel. We were on the 8th floor ( I requested high floor). I got the oceanview. The view was amazing. They have 2 buildings for the hotel. Make sure you see it say ocean view or your getting a parking garage look or the from street. They have an outdoor pool and indoor with hot tub that was very clean. They also have a kiddy pool outside. My hotel room was very clean and everything worked. The staff was so nice. I asked no housekeeping and the woman was super nice. It was only a short walk to the boardwalk. There are so many shops within walking distance. This place wasnt up to date like fancy showers but I have no complaints on it. Id definitely book again."
