This apartment is in a very quiet area in the North of Malta, St Paul's Bay, one of the main northern tourist areas. The best beaches are found just a few minutes away (Golden Bay, Mellieha beaches, Paradise, Bay, Blue Lagoon). It is ideal for romantic, relaxing and family holidays.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 seperate living room with a sofa bed and a large seaview terrace with bbq. The views from the terrace are amazing. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished and also fully air-conditioned. The apartment has also the use of the roof terrace where there are 2 deck chairs for sunbathing. The apartment is up to 6 people.
The seaview terrace is 1. 5 m x 6 m and is equipped with gas Bbq and garden furniture
The internal area is about 80sqm.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.
- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.
- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
