Apartment is located on the 1st floor with no lift, 20 steps at the entrance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 separate living room.
The views from the terrace are amazing. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished and also fully air-conditioned. The apartment has also the use of the roof terrace where there are 2 deck chairs for sunbathing.
The seaview terrace is 1. 5 m x 6 m and is equipped with gas Bbq and garden furniture
The internal area is about 80sqm.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. TV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
