We utilized the shuttle and that was so helpful for the event we went too. The shuttle driver, I believe his name was Gerald, was so friendly and made sure everyone was accounted for when picking us up from the event. My only complaint about the hotel was the fridge in the room. It was not cold at all. I had to get ice to keep our food and beverages cold. I put food in the fridge overnight and it was barely cold when I woke up. We ended up throwing it away in the AM. "

"My bed had a fingernail in it and the bedding was stained so they didn’t switch out the sheets before we arrived. I always do a bed check before sleeping and I was just shocked. Also their breakfast was just toast, cereal, and oatmeal as the main foods so if you want food options I wouldn’t say here is the best bet. The staff were extremely nice but cleanliness was not good at all."
