"Beautiful place to stay, we attended a wedding and we decided to stay the night with family. Staff were always happy and attentive. Tegan on reception was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. Room and amenities were fab and a nice comfy bed."

"Here’s a polished version of your review: We’ve just returned from a weekend stay here and had such a lovely time. The hotel is beautifully clean, and our room was spacious with everything we needed. The girl at breakfast (I believe her name was Olivia) was especially wonderful! So friendly and welcoming. She mentioned she had only just started, but you would never have known. She was attentive, confident, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The chef was also fantastic and kindly prepared veggie sausages for us. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Canterbury. Thank you for such a great stay!"

"Room was small, but serviceable for 1 night. Close to elevator, but not noisy. Great location. Elevator a bit small and slow especially during checkout when it took a long time to get out. Leave plenty of time for that."
