"Great location in the heart of Kilkenny and next to Kilkenny Castle. Restaurants, shops, and bars were all walkable and there's a bar/restaurant downstairs if you want to stay indoors. The staff were friendly/helpful and the check-in was painless. There is a large secure parking lot behind the property. Check-in early to guarantee yourself a parking spot; it filled up quickly during my stay. The room was spacious for a solo traveler and it was well-kempt. The layout and amenities in the room did feel outdated, but there were outlets and the bed was comfortable. For the price and location, it was a fine place for a one-night stay."

I reported the issue and staff looked into straight away but not before I had a. Cold shower. The second day the water was way too hot and it wasn’t able to be turned down.
