Cosy, very practical apartment on the 1st floor. About 60 m2. Living- /diningroom with fireplace, balcony. Open kitchen. Separate from the livingroom, 1 doublebed. 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, 1 bath/shower/WC. Lift. Garagespace. Free WIFI.

Schönes und zweckmäßiges Apartment

Ein gut durchdachtes Apartment, aber es fehlten für Nicht-Schweizer u.a. Anweisungen. Übergabe im Büro Viva: Nicht eindeutig erkennbar; "Abnahme" der Wohnung war zunächst nicht erkennbar NUR Schlüsselabgabe im Büro St.Moritz-Dorf- ohne Beleg, ohne Wohnungsabnahme, wobei eine Bestätigung, wie die Räume waren auch in unserem Interesse gewesen wäre (dafür wurden 500 CHF einbehalten; unsere Kto.-Nr. angeblich nicht vorliegend)! Das System Rote-Kehricht-Beutel ist nur in der Schweiz geläufig; Vor Ort zumindest ein erster Beutel wäre nett gewesen, ebenso ein Kaffee-Pad als Muster
