The "Casa Polo" is a spacious and bright 3-room apartment measuring 105 square meters, situated on the 3rd floor. It was partly renovated in 2020, offering modern and cozy furnishings. The apartment features a large living/dining room with a dining table and TV (flat screen), as well as access to a balcony and a loggia. There is one double bedroom with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese).

The apartment comes with two bathrooms, one with a bath/WC and the other with a shower/WC. It has heating and natural stone floors throughout. There are two small balconies, one facing west (6 square meters) and the other facing east (6 square meters), both furnished with balcony furniture.
