The staff was fabulous! The room was very comfortable. Even enjoyed the shuttle into St Michaels for the Midnight Madness sales. Had a wonderful stay!

Way overpriced

For the cost, I expected it to be WAY nicer. I could have gotten a 4 star in NYC for the rate they were charging for a regular room. Definitely not worth the money. Everything was overpriced & it needs to be updated. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, but not worth the money.

Right on the harbor

We spent 2 nights at the Harbor Inn and enjoyed it very much. The view of the harbor from the balcony was superb

Very good hotel for most everyone.

Took a chance booking a last minute "special". Was upgraded on arrival without having to ask. Staff very personable and obliging. Great 1st floor suite, large living w/decent size kitchenette, large seperate bedroom, OK bathroom. Both Living room & bedroom had sliders to small patio area abutting the boat slips. Great views. You're right in walking distance of everything in town.

GREAT LOCATION & PRICE FOR AREA

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, HOTEL LOCATED ON WATER WITH NICE HARBOR VIEW ROOMS. THE ROOM WE STAYED IN #112 NEEDED CARPET REPLACED, AS IT WAS STAINED & WORN, BUT VERY NICE ROOM LOCATED ON THE DOCK/WATER

Exceeded expectations

This is a charming, beautiful hotel. I originally thought I wanted to try a bed and breakfast in the area but, boy, am I glad we decided to stay here. We were given a free upgrade to a king sized water view suite at no extra charge. The staff were superb. We got a map of the area with highlights of the town to visit. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Tranquil and pleasant hotel and little town.

Old property beautifully maintained. Fresh bright paint colors, very clean. Great beds and pillows, very important. Don't miss dinner in their very favorably reviewed restaurant. Food and service were excellent! Lovely peaceful spot on the small quiet harbor. Be sure to get a harbor view.

Charming hotel directly on the harbor

The parking lot is on one side, docks on the other. Guests arrive by car or boat.

Very Dissappointing...

I was very dissapointed with the condition of the room. The furniture was scratched and damaged. The carpet had ripples in it and overall I felt it was not up to the expectation of the description on the website. Another point that I would like to make is that we received a 40.00 a day service charge. This was not shared with us when we checked in. I expected a tax rate per night but not this service fee. When I asked they said it was for the Internet service, the daily local newspaper (not USA today) , a pool towel fee (although the pool was not open due to off season), etc. So wahat was billed as a 179.00 room was in reality 225.00/night. I will never stay there again and I will also comment on TripAdvisor.

Very Relaxing

Very nice, clean, and the staff is attentive but not in your face. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a relaxing escape. It is in the middle of town and within walking distance to most everything.

Great hotel on the bay!

Very cute hotel with a great staff and restaurant. The rooms are small but clean, and the beds are comfortable. Only complaint is the heater, we were either sweltering or freezing - no in between.

January get-away.

My wife and i needed a quiet place to stay for two nights in January, in the area around Easton. The Harbor Inn in Saint Michael's was just the ticket. Staff could not have been nicer. It is good to have the option of a real breakfast if one so chooses. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; view of the harbor was nice. The bar was cozy; dining room also had good view of the water.

Great weekend get away

Wonderful location to explore town on foot. We used the free bikes as well which were a lovely bonus. Complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing so we opted for a la carte which was superb!

Great views and spacious comfortable rooms.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The room was great. The continental breakfast was a litte disappointing - no low or non fat milk or yogurt. Breads were warmed in a micro wave - not good. Tried to use pool - not heated and jaccuzi didn't work. The maintenance guy came to check. All but one jet were broken. Couldn't use. Really, I have told everyone it was terrific and it was. Really appreciated the shuttle service as well - big help. Thank you!

Beautiful view of harbor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Main criticism is that the included breakfast was not comparable to most others that now have hot food available.

Girls Weekend Away

The accommodations were wonderful. It was unfortunate that the Inn was under renovations as we were there off-season, the service and spa were in no way compromised because of the renovations in progress. Would definitely go back!

Looking forward to a return visit

We had a waterfront view with a balcony which was lovely even in the fall. Both the living room and the bedroom had great views. The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet which helped make our stay even more relaxing. Would like to go back in early summer.

I can true say that the stay at this Hotel was a great experience.the staff was very polite and very attentive,they catered to your every whim.The restaurant in the Hotel was fantastic,we did not have one bad meal from Breakfast to Dinner.I would recomend this facility to anybody.

Very disappointing!

Although the hotel was in a great location-convenient, quaint surroundings, low-key and great crab eating in the area, the hotel was far below our expectations. (Examples-ripped shower curtain, stained carpet, thick dust on TV cabinet, pubic hair stuck on bathroom door, poor ventilation/air conditioning, uncomfortable pool furniture, rotted, water stains on balcony ceilings, out of food from their menu.) We checked out after one night though we planned to stay for 3. Very disappointing!

Nice hotel in a great location.

A nice hotel with a great view and a short walk to the center of St. Michaels. We had a large comfortable room and experienced a friendly and helpful staff. Only two complaints -- A large arch shaped window above the sliding glass doors had no shade. There is no way to shade the early morning sunlight. Also, there is a $20 resort fee per day that inflates the price.
