"The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The location was perfect! There was a lot to see and do near the hotel. The hotel made us love Bergen even more! Thank you! There was a very thoughtful spread for the complimentary breakfast. The food was also delicious and perfect for travellers as many places were still closed when we left to begin our days of explorations. The room was just alright. We had two suitcases and two small backpacks and that easily ate up more space in the room. There was dust on the coffee table book. There was some noise on our first night coming from McDonalds, which was just next to the property. "

"The location is absolutely perfect - in the very centre of all the action. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was amazing. Staff could have been a little more helpful at reception. They seemed disinterested. On arrival the lifts were not working so we had to go through the back and use the staff lift. Then our TV streaming wasn’t connecting. As a solution we were made to pack up and come down to reception to be re-roomed, only to find out the same problem was present in the next room. This was resolved by the next day. Overall the location wins - so I would recommend. "

"The light dinner claimed to have main meals including vegetarian. However the vegetarian optom was only the salad bar and soup. The main meals provided on the 3 nught stay we had included chichen or fish. They could have easily been prepared as vegetarian meals where guests could have added meat if desired. Instead it entirely failed to cater for non meat eaters. By the 3rd evening, we’d had enough and ate elsewhere. "
