"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "The hotel is in a great location to explore Bergen and is easy to get to via a bus or train from the airport. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the room's windows faced the communal elevator area, so we had to have the curtains drawn at all times for privacy and to attempt to block out the very bright lights that stayed on all night. Aside from that, it was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay."

"The location is absolutely perfect - in the very centre of all the action. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was amazing. Staff could have been a little more helpful at reception. They seemed disinterested. On arrival the lifts were not working so we had to go through the back and use the staff lift. Then our TV streaming wasn’t connecting. As a solution we were made to pack up and come down to reception to be re-roomed, only to find out the same problem was present in the next room. This was resolved by the next day. Overall the location wins - so I would recommend. "
