Hotel lebt wohl im wesentlichen von übergebührlich engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die bemüht sind Kundenbeschwerden zu handeln. Mitarbeiter wären in besser geführten Hotels besser aufgehoben. "

The main problem was the lack of proper kitchen equipment. There were not enough pots and pans provided, which made it difficult to cook meals during the stay. Additionally, the frying pan that was available did not match the hob, so it could not be used properly. This was quite inconvenient and limited...
