"We spent a week at this hotel. It was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have breakfast served to you and was served nice and hot. We had one evening meal here and it was very nice. The bedroom was an adequate size. No air conditioning but had a large fan provided . Water pressure very low in the shower. No 2 pin point for an electric razor. Bathroom suite dated but serviceable. No light over area where you would do your hair and do makeup"

"The staff were very helpful, the rooms have were spotless, the spa was lovely. We had a room with a balcony with a view across the town to the bay & it was really nice, the relaxing jacuzzi pool was my personal favourite. The hotel is a short 15minute walk into St Helier town centre or there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. All round the hotel is a winner, would come again."

"Beautiful location and great 'traditional' hotel, which was clean, friendly and relaxed. The rooms have fans rather than air con and even after the long heat wave had finished, the rooms remained hot and you needed both the fan and the patio doors open. We had 3 sea view balcony rooms and felt the extra was worth it for the view and extra space. They seemed a little short staffed at breakfast during the 9am rush but they remained helpful and friendly - you just need to allow a little more time than for a self serve buffet. A number of other bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and great walks from the beach make this a great base."
